Navarre Beach has long inspired artists of all mediums, and you’ll discover that the beach town is brimming with incredible masterpieces. However, Sand Dollar Cottage has a knack for showcasing some of the best work from local and international artists. There’s also a gift shop, and art classes are available depending on the season. Rudzki Marie is another gem, located at 1433 Alabama St. Known for murals, signs, graphics, furniture, and even art for pets, there’s a good chance you’ll meet the artist herself at her shop and gallery. Marie’s style is part whimsical and fully colorful. She’s a transplant from Pittsburgh and fell in love with the Emerald Coast. A muralist for many years, she’s a graduate of the Art Institute of Pittsburgh and has been a working artist in the area for over 25 years.

The Blue Morning Gallery at 21 S Palafox St. is known for offering original, local, and affordable works of art. A large gallery, it’s a popular venue for special events and also offers art classes throughout the year. Various artists are highlighted, and it’s easy to spend a full afternoon at this gallery. Don’t miss Holley Hill Pottery at 7507 Buckeye Dr. Wood-fired, functional pottery is a fantastic keepsake or gift. You’ll also find Gyotaku, hand-made rice papers featuring painted fish, which stems from Hawaii and connects you to the ocean. The gallery is nestled in the community of Holley (though has a Navarre address) and was founded in 1980 by three original owners. Every item displayed is handmade and an homage to the sea.
